To rehabilitate the 98 units of the “Innovation A&B” residence, Quetigny hired Nacarat design to harmonize and zone the color and material codes by area in the city.
The façade is composed of a siding of laminated panels with a glossy finish from the Steni Colour range. The rhythm of the colors animates the façades by alternating colored “pixels”, which brings a more contemporary look to the buildings.
